What is the Pattern for CET Exams?

The CET exam is conducted in 12 different languages across the states. The question paper comprises a multiple-choice questionnaire featuring objective questions. Each of the four sections will consist of 50 questions, each carrying 1 mark, resulting in a total of 200 marks for the entire paper. 
There will be a minus of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer. The duration of the CET exam will be 2 hours, and it will be conducted online.

    The CET syllabus encompasses a comprehensive range of quantitative and qualitative subjects, addressing the academic needs of students by covering biology, physics, chemistry, and mathematics. 

    There are no restrictions on taking up CET exams. You are eligible to take any number of exams as long as you meet the age limit prescribed by the Government.

    Candidates should have successfully completed their 2nd PUC/12th Standard or an equivalent examination focusing on Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics. Candidates need to have passed 12th with PCM/PCB, attaining a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% for reserved category).
